Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Triple points docket valid until 28 June and I also have a triple point offer in the app for next week but I'm not back from overseas until 29 June.

Anyone having issues with offer emails arriving well after an offer has started?

Today at 10.37am received email with 5 * points at Liquorland for spend from yesterday to Sunday.

Tuesday 6.31pm received email with multiple offers valid from Tuesday to Mon July 2. Two offers were for items I had purchased that morning;

Collect 200 BONUS POINTS on the Western Star Spreadable 500g range.

Collect 50x POINTS on the Heinz 535g Classic or Chunky range.

They were on special on Tuesday but aren't any longer.

Before anyone asks, these offers were not available in the app either on Tuesday morning.

I just completed a four week 20,000 points for $240 per week I missed the 3rd week but got an email saying that if I hit the target for the 4th week all would be forgiven and the full points awarded. Very happy with 20K points for our regular shop.

Wow, 20K that's good haven't had one of those! I did complete two 4 x $70 == 10k recently...

I guess the 20,000 points for switching to AGL is a pretty common offer? We're with RED at the moment paying a fortune and I'm tempted to switch as it seems it will work out a little cheaper for us. The bonus points obviously sweeten the deal...

I got that when I joined. Plus AGL has rewards where you can get discount gift cards, including Wish.

I just got another $60 spend from Wed to Fri - I think this is the 3rd or 4th in the past few weeks.

Earn 2,000 bonus points for $140 spend.

And the silliness continues. I have not gone anywhere near the $90 spend target, the $110 spend target or the $130 spend target.

Perhaps it depends on your postcode? I live in a low socio-economic and get heaps of $70 to $80 offers? What do you think?

Home address is working class suburb but shop in Toowong which I guess is trendy.

The answer most likely is that purchasing gift cards has skewed the spend target but gift cards are not included in spend target so I am not likely to make any of the revised spend targets unless the spend targets return to $60-$70/week which is still a stretch anyway.

I think you’ve nailed it on the gift cards. I’m sure that’s what’s driven ours up (latest offer $110 for 2000 points, previous offer 4 x $70 spend)

Just noticed a 10c per litre petrol discount offer in the app - still waiting for email notification. With the 4c Coles voucher this makes Shell competitive for the next 6 days.
