To date hasn’t been my experience either. Designed to catch out the unwary ?Nevertheless all my past retrospective points claims have been credited providing I’ve met the original criteria, and kept screen captures, receipts etc.This isn't my experience. It has always annoyed me because once I missed qualifying for week two (a misunderstanding) and didn't find out until my points weren't credited after going out of my way to meet the qualifying spend in weeks three and four. Since then I've always been overly cautious to ensure I check my receipts for the confirmation that the shop in a particular week qualified. When I spoke to the Flybuys staff member about this in trying to determine what went wrong that one time, she explained it doesn't continue to show in the app in future weeks.
