Last time when I had to chase up missing points, I called the number and there was an option for SMS claim. Basically, text all the details to the SMS number. It was resolved in about 10 days from memory.

Interestingly, the $50 offer will pay out in 5,000pt increments after week 2 and then after week 4. Never seen that before.

  • 2. Open multiple Flybuys accounts per household only one in the household but I suppose I could enrol my pet plant
  • 3. Spend less per transaction Yes, the 7 bottles of hand wash on hand in storage can attest to ever increasing offers but a 27% discount for $100 in one or more shops in the week buying discounted last day fresh meat was worth it. I barely shopped since (other than petrol for my sons car)
  • 4. Split your shopping between supermarkets Yes, including Foodland and IGA - shark the specials without fear or favour. Loyalty brings higher prices...
  • 5. Don’t scan your Flybuys card for a while YES, except voluntarily travel interstate to dine out or international and you’re sure to ping another better offer
  • 6. Alternate payment methods Yes, I went to a Data Analytics presentation some years ago and asked the Woolies crowd about this. Even better they split you into groupings - morning, lunch, afternoon and nights shoppers and even to the level of ‘tuck shop‘ spend (woolies branded servos) and “regular” shopper.

Yup. They seem to do it automatically now, but worse case call / message them and they’ll adjust it.
