Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Poster mentioned the same offer on 4 accounts. So will be 20k VA points all up

No. OP states "cards" NOT "accounts". Cards could easily mean the original card holder plus 3 supplementary card holders. That would only be one account. Hence having the supplementary card holders could contribute to an 'easier' colelction of the points. But the calculation provided was clearly incorrect.

But I agree if the OP did mean accounts then the cauclations provided are accurate.

Yes, they stated cards. It was fairly obvious what they meant though. Anyway, not exactly a big deal.

I got 4x$50 for 10K (thanks to being overseas for 5 weeks recently)

However did week 1 shopping yesterday, nothing on the receipt saying I’d completed week 1, which IME always Is printed on the receipt. Offer definitely activated and flybuys card definitely scanned. Hopefully this is just a glitch.

It's not always on the receipt. As long as it showing in your account there shouldn't be any issues. But I'd be taking a screenshot and keeping your receipts.

This is the first for me (not printing), and I'm OCD about checking it's there. I've probably done at least 10 in the last couple of years. Perhaps I've just been lucky.

I much prefer the Woolworths system where bonus points are awarded instantly and for these multiweek offers, the app shows a tick as you complete each week (not to mention the ability to split your shop into smaller transactions).

Absolutely, 100% - this would be a major improvement for the flybuys app. However I have found the dockets to print very reliably so I would expect to need to chase it up in this case

Thanks, I wasn't aware of this feature. :)

Everyday Extra is being offered today at a 50% discount, $35 for 1st year. Is it worthwhile if my average shop is around $60?

Spend $60 in one shop at Coles = 2,000pts. Valid from today until Tuesday. Hoping to get an identical offer for the period immediately following and be able to get paid for both by shopping on Tuesday.

This came on an account I’m doing a 4x$50/10,000pt offer so ties in nicely.

Australia's highest-earning Velocity Frequent Flyer credit card: Offer expires: 21 Jan 2025
- Earn 60,000 bonus Velocity Points

I have had this happen a few times. It always seemed to work out fine, but I always kept the receipt just in case. Also sometimes week one lasts for more than a week and it waits until the end of the qualifying period. With my current deal, the first week runs from 17/11 - 26/11.

Spend $100 for 2000. Might piggyback this on the 4X60 offer.

Curious.

One a/c got spend $30 get 1,200 points (already on 4 x$60 spend increased due to absent minded better half who's hanging her head in shame...),
while another got spend $50 get 1,000 points & also on 4x$50 spend. Both a/cs haven't done Wk 1 yet but a 3rd has.

Perhaps Coles sales figures are not as robust as the senior executives KPIs require?

The a/c that has done the Wk 1 $50 spend received no such offer.

Has this happened to any other family with separate a/cs? The Two one spend offers only appeared today.

Same, got overlapping offers. But, this isn't unusual.
