Yes, it is balls. Change for the sake of change and you just know that some jerk will be bragging about implementing a new app interface in some end-of-year performance review to get a raise/bonus.

How about putting the funds and research for the app into getting points showing instantly and transferring instantly to velocity.
Not like 48 hours.
Where they get their priorities I don't know.

Logging out and logging back in seemed to work for me when I had this same problem.

By 5-00pm AEDST your points figure changes
But still takes some time for the actual activity that generated the new points to appear.
So just as clunky as the old app.
The offers now only seem to have activate buttons so you can no longer remove offers you are not interested in.
This means you either leave them on the offers page and have to sift through them to see the new offers or you just activate them anyway and then you have heaps of current offers and you have to sift through them to see the ones you want to use.

Came in early 2023. There is usually also one poster in store as well, and reminders on the in store audio. The console operators are used to assisting in this area and would have been happy in most cases to reverse the sale while you activated the discount.

Folk also forget the 10c discount when they spend $20 in store that stacks, usually Prado/Landcruiser drivers who are buying $15 in snacks after putting in 140 litres! Somehow spending another $5 to get $14 back doesn’t work for them. Psst - Gas Bottle swaps qualify

Here's a weird one. I had a 10% off coles over $50 on one of the accounts when you scan at checkout but I did that and it mentions it should pop up to accept but nothing appeared? Any thoughts on what's missing? Self checkout and activated in the app. I noticed it does say if you do an online shop it's meant to automatically work it out.

I got the same, but with lower thresholds of $120 and $160 at Coles each week for 2 weeks for the 4K or 6K bonus

Received offers of $50/2 for 2k and $90/2 for 3k. Not particularly generous. Easier to buy the $100 gift cards to generate VFF points. Hopefully not a pointer to things to come I.e. not offering the 4 week spend offers.

Quite happy with my offer for 3,000 pts for $100x2 or 4,000 for $130x2, It's well within our weekly grocery spend, and with Woolies offering nothing (as is their current modus operandi), it's a no brainer.
