Hi,
I'm pretty confident that I enabled a 4x$50 / 10k over the weekend. I completed my first shop but now that offer is nowhere to be seen on my Fly Buys account. Normally, these stick around and tell me what week number I'm up to. Does this mean that it didn't activate successfully?

Useful rule of thumb - always check the receipt each week (remember 1st week covers two weekends, so trick for new players who end up spending 5x the required amount...).

Keep each week's docket until the points have landed.

They generally refer to the week they are shown. So, you would have been seeing the Week 1 part in the app until Sunday.

If you achieved Week 1, then the Week 2 one will appear in your app, usually mid week.

It's normal.

Nothing in my app, but the docket for my Monday shop said I completed week 2.

Agree 100% with keeping the receipts till rhe points have landed! Last promo, was not credited the 10K FB pts after 4 weeks....fortunately kept all the receipts....then noticed the FB card no. was not attached to week 3s shop...with the receipt, aubmitted a claim for week 3 pts and also the 10 K bonus pts...would have been sunk if I had thrownt the receipts away!

They do. Digital receipts are available in the Coles app if you link it to your Flybuys card.

Go to More > Orders & purchases. Tap the relevant purchase, scroll to the bottom and there’s a link to the digital receipt.

Yes as stated above, they do, pity can't check the receipt within the FBs app, have to open Coles app, but all there immediately after purchase.

FBs IT leaves little to be desired but to their advantage they offer far superior bonus points offers, EDR tumble weeds.

Just to add to this, the app shows the digital receipt, but if you used click & collect and you need to see what you ordered vs what you got you need to use the website, not the app.
Useful when you missed your minimum spend due to something being out of stock and you need to put in a retro claim

I didn’t know that but do have the app installed and FB linked - so everything is there!

Now that I know, I can just use the Cole’s app to check stuff. The FB app can be problematic when sharing an account.
