Flybuys website gives me 3 bouncing blue dots

Hi,
I don't really know what else to do here. I can't be bothered waiting on hold for an hour on the hotline. I'm not going to post a letter. There is no email address. There is no way to contact technical support regarding the Flybuys website.
Today I logged into flybuys with my membership number and password from my laptop. I had to give my mobile number for SMS confirmation, then my email address for email confirmation. When my email address was confirmed, the website loaded up a new page with 3 bouncing blue dots in the center of the screen and it stayed like that.
I use Firefox as my main browser, so I tried signing on in Chrome instead. As I entered my number and password, I get a screen "Blocked - You must pair your mobile application".
Is it worth it anymore, guys?
 
The website is useless these days. I only use the App now.
 
I had the same problem on Firefox. All I do is exit the pge and open a new window. Go to Flybuys and hey presto up it comes and I am signed in.
 
I have been having the same 'bouncing blue dots' on the website when trying to transfer Flybuys points to Velocity rewards (using MS Edge). No issue logging in it just gets stuck after the transfer button is clicked. After 10 tries over eight days I decided yesterday to phone them after the notification of 'long delays' the option was provided to send an email. They SMS'd me the address [email protected] - I emailed them full details of the issue yesterday and I will see if its just like QF saying they will get back to you.

Update - I received an as expected useless email reply this morning (Sunday) which told me to check my Flybuys and Velocity details are correct and to clear cookies and and sign in again. Wow the Flybuys details are in my account which is where I logged into and I am transferring from, and the Velocity number is registered as linked in the Flybuys account and has worked in the past no problem. Do not waste your time with the email it just takes people off the queue like QF do to delay you having to phone them and sit in their queue.
