I don't really know what else to do here. I can't be bothered waiting on hold for an hour on the hotline. I'm not going to post a letter. There is no email address. There is no way to contact technical support regarding the Flybuys website.
Today I logged into flybuys with my membership number and password from my laptop. I had to give my mobile number for SMS confirmation, then my email address for email confirmation. When my email address was confirmed, the website loaded up a new page with 3 bouncing blue dots in the center of the screen and it stayed like that.
I use Firefox as my main browser, so I tried signing on in Chrome instead. As I entered my number and password, I get a screen "Blocked - You must pair your mobile application".
Is it worth it anymore, guys?
