Does that mean:
1. You are not getting bonus offers
2. You are not activating your bonus offers
3. You just happen to shop at Coles when there are no bonus offers?

We've had a tough year with the loyalty programs. During the first Victorian lockdown my partner did all the shopping because he believed he had better skills about staying safe when there was lots of community transmission. He was concentrating so hard on health and safety precautions he didn't use any of his loyalty cards. He also did lots of shopping before lockdown as he could see things coming so once we were stuck at home we didn't have to do too much grocery shopping.
During the first lockdown flybuys and Woolworths stopped sending out most of their offers. There wasn't much going on during the second lockdown in terms of offers but there have been a few rewarding offers in the last few months.
Below is a summary of my results and my partner's results for when we were using the cards and choosing the best offers to take up.
My card 3% standard points, 97% bonus points. Top 6% in suburb, Top 8% in state and Top 7% in Australia.
My partner's card, 8% standard points and 92% bonus points. Top 12% in suburb, Top 14% in state and Top 15 in Australia.
In a good year we'd be higher than this, say somewhere in the top 5% but things haven't been easy and I almost gave up the free money game. Purchases were mainly grocery shopping, a bit of Target and KMart plus car servicing.
