Flying pets internationally in the cabin of a private charter

I'm looking into options for returning to the UK with my 14yr old dog (Jack Russell).

I recently came across a new Perth-based company who are planning to charter a private plane to fly from various cities in Australia and NZ, to London to allow pax and their pets inside the cabin.

Before I part with any money, has this kind of thing been done successfully before? Seems like a great idea but logistics and getting enough people to make it viable might be hard to achieve.

Your thoughts please? (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to the company but the name is similar to the blue stuff where the clouds are (with an 'e' on the end of the word)

Never heard of anything like it before! I guess the fares are going to be pretty high, both for the lax and probably a hefty fee for the pet as well. We might have some idea of the cost of flights given the covid charter prices when QF flew one way empty and charged for the return?

I think for your security I’d be happy to ‘confirm interest’ in a flight, but not part with money until they have a confirmed flight going!

They are saying approx $13,500 + taxes/import fees etc for 2 pax + 1 pet.
