Flying SQ flight numbers as VA Plat

Hey Guys,

Booked some SQ flights on SQ flight numbers as VA apparently had no availability. just wondering if theres any actual perks for VA Plat flying SQ on SQ flight numbers the website seems a bit ambiguous.

The most annoying thing travelling with an infant, only lets me pick middle bassinet seats, hopefully a phonecall to the SQ team will sort it as rest of family can't even choose the seats next to me.
