As per our
terms and conditions all you have to do is make a call, text or use mobile internet within a 6 month period and we'll keep your number connected along with any remaining balance.
If you do not make a call, text or use mobile internet before 12/05/2013 this number will be disconnected. This means any remaining balance you may have will expire, and you will no longer have access to this phone number. For more information about the process of closing your account please

If you would like to join giffgaff in the future, you can log in to your My giffgaff account and activate a new SIM where you will be allocated a new phone number.
