Fuel points not posting

I haven't yet followed up, but I see a bunch of my points from July through to September have now posted. I still have some from late September which haven't posted - so maybe they've fixed the problem, or maybe they haven't. I'll post back if I ended up following up.

I hadn't thought to check if our points for fuel purchases were being posted to my QFF account until I read of this happening to others here on AFF. I've just been through my QFF account and found that I was getting 3 lots of points for fuel savings a month until the end of June 2015 and after that the only points for Woolworths Petrol were on 6 August, for 102 points. The Woolworths points for groceries and the various bonus points for offers we activated have been coming through without any problems, including two lots of 5000 bonus points for each of us doing an online shop, so I hadn't expected that there would be a problem with the fuel points.

I then went through my Credit Card statements and found that we have purchased petrol 8 times between July and October, for a total of $507. We don't still have the receipts unfortunately but I've just called Everyday Rewards and the lady I spoke to has taken down the details and has passed it on to a team leader,who will investigate and get back to me. She said she had just had another call from a lady who had the same problem.

In all the 'excitement' of the recent announcements I am very skeptical that i will see my points being credited...

I will try again after the dust has settled.

But i wont wait til after they are no longer partners (al la Optus...)

I totally give up on WW/Caltex and am mainly using BP now, can't be bothered keeping receipts and following up all the time and points will stop soon enough anyway.

I am In the processing of chasing up my missing QFF points from previous transactions at WW petrol since June.
I have been corresponding via a PM on Facebook. So far they are responding in good time.

I had a follow up phone call from a Team Leader at Everyday Rewards this morning and she said that they will give me 1000 points for the missed fuel points and these should be in my account within 72 hours.

Hmm I got offered 1000 'for my troubles" I am wondering if they think that is it?

I am out over 2k of points (rounded down greatly by my calculations.

I will need at least another 1k to stop pursuing the matter!

They did not respond to my facebook inquiry yesterday... I don't they even saw my msg!

I just received a reply from them.

I reminded them that there was another 1200 pts that they were supposed to be auditing.

They have given up... they just awarded it - and thanked me for Following up!

I got 262 random points today too!

Not sure I have ever bought that much fuel in one sitting! LOL

Good news is I got my points from my shop last week as well!

Interesting addition to my QFF balance today, just under 600 fuel points from "i don't know when"!.

So as well as my "we're sorry about what's occurred" 750 points over a month ago, i now receive the actual missing points today!

I got 380 QFF points added to my account yesterday.

Not to sure where that number was plucked from, although I'll gladly take them.

Very reluctant to keep filling up at Woolies Petrol though, with QFF points unlikely to post correctly.

I got 422, but I'm not sure if that is the sum total of recent fuel purchases or just a random number. Seems high to me, so I won't be calling up EDR (sorry WWR) to find out.

3 accounts received fuel points yesterday( and 3 didn't) - first time for ?4 weeks - the numbers we received didn't add up - looks like they've averaged what we normally spend in a year and divided by 12. also 1 account holder has been o/s for 3months - but still received points!!! go figure.
