Fully spent Qantas Pass

I have fully spent a Qantas Pass that was converted from a previous flight credit, how long do they still appear in My Bookings? All my previous flight credits disappear as soon as they are used

Side note, it is confusing how at a time I had 3 credits only one was converted into a Qantas Pass yet another credit was created at the exact same time.
 
Exactly the same here - I fully spent a Qantas pass well over a month ago and it's still listed in My Bookings. I also had 4 credits and just one mysteriously converted to a QPass.
 
I do not have any of the 5 or so TP's I have left show in my account at all. So.. bonus?! lol

Interesting. I have a Travel Pass, but it does not show on "My Bookings".

A Gift Voucher does show however.
 
I have 2 Travel Passes ... apparently. I thought I had completely used them up but now I can't verify because I get into an endless "forgot your password loop."

Can call the QF desk because theyre only taking calls from pax travelling in next 24 hours!
 
So, 3 nights ago, I waited until after midnight and was able to get through to the QF Premium Service desk where an extremely efficient and helpful agent -- along with extensive backup from a support team – spent 70 minutes working with me and the Voucher numbers QF was showing on my Manage Your Bookings page under the banner heading "You have 2 Qantas Passes."

I believed that I had fully expended these, although since QF had changed the Travel Credit/ Flight voucher/QPass numbers each time the pea moved under a different thimble, it had become impossible for me to verify since the passwords issued in their original emails were no longer accepted and unable to be replaced via the Forgot your Password option. But since I was in the process of making several bookings for the rest of this year, I wanted to make sure I used them.

At the end of the 70 minutes, the very helpful agent and her support team and I concluded that the Passes the QF website was urging me to use were each fully expended during 2022. All this happened THREE WEEKS AFTER Mr Joyce announced Qantas to Launch 'Find My Credit' Website. I checked my Account just this minute and QF is still inaccurately informing me that I have 2 Qantas Passes! Maybe the'll finally go away on 31 December 2023?
Is it any wonder we have an airline that is still not match fit!

Me too. Just saw them on MMB. I know I expended them all, as I created a spreadsheet at the time.

Just ignore that next time. I've never had a reproach from an agent for making a non urgent or imminent flight call when the message says that.

Thanks. Looks like I'll have to do the same, just to be sure. I've almost stopped flying with them, but they are still finding ways to screw me around. :(

Needless to say, I have not received an e-mail titled 'Important information about your Qantas flight credit' OR any from [email protected] 🤣

My Qantas travel passes are Still there since July 2022 when all the credit was used.


PS I did get 2 lots of the same flight credits even after receiving cash refunds for them but mysteriously the 2nd and 3rd lots just vanished not that long after mentioning it on here.

pays to keep the mouth closed...

Called Qantas, got the 'premium' line, but most likely Sth Africa. Took a while, with several referrals to their support, but the remaining Travel Pass has been expended, as I thought. Credit is OK though :) . I asked if the support people said why an old Pass (amongst 2 or 3 I recall getting) has appeared on 'Your bookings'; reply was because it has been archived. 🤔 I ask can it be removed? Answer was to call Frequent Flyer - this is reservations. You can bet what a call to FF will achieve!

I don't care if they appear or not - but what a shermozzle - the passes suddenly appearing, then one disappearing and they have all been expended.
 
Well that explains why the flight credits appeared on the listing Archived and eventually purged
