Further comp ALL Accor status extension

Just received an email from ALL Accor that my Gold status will be extended again from Dec 2021 to Dec 2022. Don’t know if this targeted or everyone will benefit.

+1 on getting the email but I’d moved from Gold to Plat anyway so no material benefit.

Another round of double status nights would be welcome though.

I get my Gold from Ibis Business so it’s just delaying a paid renewal!

Looks like everyone gets an extension to Dec 2022. No indication on points expiry however. But a coffee or a beer at a property should be to help some people keep their points.

Just happened to notice that my status is now showing Dec 2022 expiry.

No change to points expiry (as expected).

Mine was due to expire in Feb 2022, but I just stayed a night and now it says Oct 2022. Wonder if that will get extended to Dec 2022 at some point?

However, checking the online membership card, it says “valid until 31/3/22 inclusive”. Perhaps due to status being provided through my Amex plat charge?

I believe those with accor plus will have their status extended if they renew the accor plus (incl. AP from amex plat)... at least i certainly hope so!

My Gold is via Ibis Business - that was supposed to have been extended until next year - but I just checked online and my account is saying Ibis Business “expired”….

But either way, my Gold status was automatically extended to Dec 2022.

Ok guys just got news from Accor and not entirely sure if this is correct. But if your Accor Plus membership expires next year and you renew it. You status will last all of next year AND till 31st December 2023.
