Glitchy Reward Selection?

Howdy,
Wondering if anyone has experienced this, or if there is a simple reason behind it.
Im finding when I click continue on these dates (for example 18th or 19th) the page refreshes back to the same page (showing calender), which still shows the same availability. I can never actually click next.
Ive recently had this same issue for another location.

Tried it (for the 18th): "There are no flights within 14 days of your searched dates"
So strange... seems like a pretty fundamental issue? Perhaps there is reward availability on that day but only avail to higher tier

Trying to book hotels on QF site this arvo. Keeps locking out and logging me off.

I think the technical term is it is Borked.

Sorry I also forgot to address your first post before rudely interjecting with my issues!

I also have noticed a cough load of phantom Business availability on QF.com as well. You click on the date you want and it'll bring you straight back to the calendar page minus the Business reward icon for the date you wanted. Absolute travesty of a website.

This has been my experience over the past ??4-6 weeks.

Some of that phantom award seats are the operating partner reporting something only to not be real. Not unique to QF search engine but still annoying.

This is caused by JQ flights for whatever reason - not sure why but some routes with Jetstar appearing as an option will cause this.

You can still book JQ awards if you call up

This is phantom availability - as well as this, the Qantas multi-city tool does sometimes cache the availability icons incorrectly, so that things that shouldn't be there still appear
