So I've attained Gold in March this year, after being "Lifetime Bronze". My membership year is 1st June - 31st May.
In the Qantas app, it says "Congratulations!" Gold status attained > view Gold benefits > Gold Valid until 31 May 2025. This is good!
Then I go onto the QFF website, into my account, and it says Gold > My Benefits > "Enjoy your Gold benefits until 31 May 2024." This is not good!
So, which version is correct?
Does status achieved in the membership year expire at the end of the membership year (got it end of March, lose it end of May) or does it roll-over into my upcoming membership year (1st June 2024 - 31st May 2025)?
Could a Qantas veteran please clarify? Many thanks!
