Gold Status Extension

Just got this email saying my gold status is being extended 8 months, but the review date was my original review date. Very strange. Am I alone here?

Sep 22 for me. Which is what I was expecting.

I saw it had rolled over in the app and email arrived yesterday.

That's what is confusing. It suggests the new date is what they have put in the email.

Yup I got this email too. But seems like they are just randomly announcing the previous extension again which is pretty confusing. My tier review date is still exactly the same...

They have just extended my Gold status for 8 months; my new review date is now 28 Feb.
