Has anyone ever, or known of people who have ever, been comped status and declined it?
I ask because if there is unused QP credit in the bank then one may want to use it up before rising up the ranks...

QF will happily put your QP balance into suspension when you get gold or better. In the event you drop back to PS they'll reinstate your QP membership.
