Good Singapore hotel recommendations for 2 nights < 30 hours?

We've stayed at both the Four Seasons (newly refurbished in the last couple of years) as well as the St Regis. Both good hotels (our preference is the Four Seasons) but don't think they have lounges. We have stayed at the Fullerton Bay a few times but don't think it is value for what it offers.
