Reported here Post #641 / #642:Has anyone yet managed to have the well-being quiz appear for a second time, and got a green leaf for it in year 2?
You'll have till the end of your following membership year (30/11/2023) to requalify for Green Tier. You don't need to requalify at the start of your membership year, though you can if you want to.Thx. Good to know there’s a fall-back. But hopefully they fix the bug in the system before my year ends on 30/11, and the quiz reappears in well-being app automatically
They do.Does anyone know if green tier SCs count as part of the SC rollover offer?
(In which case the timing of when it posts doesn’t really matter)
Yeah, I'm a little confused how it all works. I went through the customer support channel because the quiz wasn't available after rollover (only managed to complete the quiz in the first year) and received the 50 SC bonus. I can't tell for sure but it seems it was credited to my 21/22 year as it says I have the benefits until the end of my 22/23 year. I'm sitting at 4/5 leaves so far for 22/23 and we have a short trip to Cairns coming up where we've booked a sustainable stay, we'll see if that completes the fifth leaf for 22/23Seems the system is catching up as all 5 leaves are now showing green despite completing them months ago and the leafs sitting at 4/5 (bonus was allocated months ago too)
I believe you might be the first here to tick a leaf with a stay. I don’t recall anyone else mentioning it!we have a short trip to Cairns coming up where we've booked a sustainable stay, we'll see if that completes the fifth leaf for 22/23

I don't have any confidence in it. I think it's the very last in the list of sustainable stays (City Terraces) and when I click on the link from the Green Tier page it gets a 404 not found error. So I found it, again hidden way down the list, through the Qantas Hotels section. There's nothing that designates it as a sustainable stay other than some sustainability stuff in the description. I thought we might as well try it as it's in a convenient location and inexpensive. We're only there for two nights.I believe you might be the first here to tick a leaf with a stay. Probably still not bad with one of the $50 vouchers being throw around by BP etc. When the program first came out the city stay at Alto in Melbourne was only $149 less a $100 QANTAS Hotels voucher made it $49. Pretty cheap for a night in the city which we enjoyed, and got a leaf as well.
They’re now minimum $189 - jumped pretty quickly after the program started.
There are benefits to holding off on earning Green until the end of your program year. The big one being that you would then have the option to apply the 50 bonus status credits at the start of the new program year or your current program year, whichever works best for you. Case in point, I ended last program year off at 610 status credits, more than enough to re-qualify for Gold (let's ignore the part about status extension for a moment). Back then I had a 50 status credit bonus offer for earning QF Green, and a 50 status credit bonus offer for flying 500 status credits with QF/JQ (earned in early September). I could've applied the 100 status credits to the last program year but none of them would've rolled over to this year (since QF caps Golds to 250 status credits rolled over), so instead I applied it this program year and started my year off strong with 350 status credits (250 status credits from the roll over and 100 status credits from QF Green/Loyalty Bonus). You'll have till the end of your following membership year (30/11/2023) to requalify for Green Tier.
