Greens want to axe all flights from BNE 2200-0600

If none of the other parties will support the bill, it stews there in parliament, doesn't it.

Not at all. But, it's possibly the noisiest aircraft I've ever heard, though I do like the sound of that afterburner.
The F111s with afterburner on were pretty noisy in their day...

Poochie is on top of all of this. No panicking here

Typical NIMBYism from this crowd. Just like the member for Chandler complaining about the lack of housing while openly opposing it in the West End.

Edit: Add "lack of" for clarity.

Unless, Labor feels that maybe the bill might need support, as Labor got in federally, with the support of the Greens.
I would forsee, dare I say, just maybe, a noise levy for BNE...
Don't laugh or say, it can't happen, it did for SYD in the mid 1990s.
To more so placate the Greens, and ensure Labor has another term, with the support of the Greens.
They (Greens) know they are onto a good thing, they have Labor just where they need them, Greens needing Labor, Labor needing Greens, to stay past 2025.

Taking a look at Google, I thought this was the same bill they brought in, in 2022, but no, its another one.
They are holding Labor by the you know what, it seems.
