Well it took a little bit but I finally managed to connect and be able to post.

I am looking forward to finding out lots of "stuff" that will make my life a little more productive in the F/Flyer department and with a bit of luck I will also have something to contribute that others will find useful.

Cheers for now

PS in case you're interested Reise means travel/travelling in German.

Welcome!!

And with that travel map, I am sure you will be able to contribute heaps! I have never been to PNG but want to go sometime.

Welcome old friend. This is a great place to hang out. Over time you will get to know the regular contributors, learn from an incredible depth of knowledge in all areas, not just flying/travel, you will take virtual journeys via trip reports and add to your list of 'must dos', and if you're like me will feel you have found a home among kindred spirits.

Thanks, good to be here. Must be time for some serious planning of the next round of R&R.

Another welcome to AFF Reise
Thanks, a lovely neck of the woods Tasmania - I have particularly fond memories of Devonport. Was visiting and on returning to my hire car had what appeared to be a parking ticket under the wiper. On inspection it was a note to the effect of: We notice you are driving a hire car, please enjoy your time in Devonport but make sure you take note of parking limits. Made a huge difference to my time there.
