Has Qantas' Price Promise Been 'Enhanced'?

I used to regularly use the Qantas Price Promise and saved 100s of dollars from it. Recently I tried it again due to the enhancements and it is impossible to be successfully claim.

This would have been accepted before the enhancements because My Trip owned by Gotogate Pty Ltd.

The website does not provide like-for-like inclusions in their fares, including flexible change and cancellation policies for no charge.

So ironically because QF have put a great benefit of flexibility in - out goes the Price Promise!

I'm sure Qantas use to also have a price promise for both hotels and car hire. I have claimed from the hotel one previously however I can't find any mention of these anymore. Do they even still exist?
If they have been revamped I suppose they could be just as valuable and sought after as their current flight price promise.
