If you sign up and use a Coles Master Card for your shopping, does it affect your FB targeted offers.
Do they become better or worse.
If you start using the card at Woolworths do you start getting targeted offers to get you back.

Interesting question, I have recently (within the last 2 months) acquired a Coles Master Card, linked to one of my 2 flybuys cards. I don't think it has affected the offers as I seem to be getting the same amount of offers on both, with the spend amount no different (as far as I can remember).

Only 1 data point but I would say no it doesn't affect the Coles offers.

No change, we have two coles mastercards and still get ups and downs in offers depending on which flybuys card we use

I find the flybuys offers vary based on how much you spend - rather than how you pay for it.

Since they refused me a Coles MasterCard my offers have increased. Also virtually always get a triple points docket deal-even on a $5 shop.
Maybe they feel they were wrong.o_O:rolleyes:

I haven't noticed any real difference, although this week I got a much better Coles/Flybuys offer than last week after doing a large Woolworths shop paid for with my Coles MasterCard. It may just be a coincidence...

Aside from some specific card offers (that are rare, but do happen), I think it is more about what you spend on, how you shop, etc., more than how you pay for it.
