you forgot to add...."so I can smooze and get a free visit to QC."

Hmm, Willyroo is going at some stage, but no idea on date.

HNL...nah, haven't been there in years and happy to stay that way....

Hi Lindsay,

I have the guest passes, just need someone to let me in!!

Check out the QC rules and you'll find that guest passes are now defunct. You just need to find that elusive person who's travelling and will take you in as a guest.

Good luck :!:

but they still have a validity date on them???

minniemoo, it all changed on 1st June last year.

There are no more guest passes. Qantas Club members can generally have one guest (Elite Platinum members can have two).

An annual guest card can be purchased to allow one additional guest.

More information is available on the Qantas Web Site here.

I hope you didn't buy that worthless guest pass on EBay! There are crooks selling them but the fistful - mostly aimed at Americans.

And you will miss Willyroo by a few days. You don't need someone specifically on QF3. Anyone with access to the lounge for any flight can take in a guest.

Makes you sick.

Surely the sellers know these guest passes are worthless.

Goodness; I have about 30 of these, some valid to 2005, some to 2006.

I even have about 50 of the old blue ones with no expiry dates.

I know they know, because I thought it only decent of me to point it out to them! One went to the trouble of making the auctions private so bidders cannot be warned about the practice.

I can just image the looks and words from someone who purchased these and tries to use one!
