Hi
I have cashed in Emirates points for 3 x business class upgrades on MEL-SIN in August on A380. What type of headphones do they supply for use? Are they the same ones as in Economy?

We usually travel with Noise cancelling headphones but one pair need replacing and are unsure whether to purchase a new pair in AUS or Singapore or just use the ones supplied.

Any advice appreciated.

Not sure what they are like as I've never found upstairs on the a380 noisy. I'm sure I've worn them to watch movies and they seem quite acceptable for that

Pretty sure the ones I had last month were noise cancelling. Not the best quality but sufficient.

As above - unless you are near the bar the cabin will be pretty quiet too...

Funny thing is.... Don't want headphones as I always want to here them say, What would you like to drink sir. LOL:lol:

Eric the headphones don't cancel voice frequencies !!

So in fact wearing noise cancelling headphones makes you hear voice frequencies even better and clearer as the cut out all the other higher Fre-Hz stuff!!

Your drink Order will be taken without missing a heart beat

Fank goodness for dat..hic..make the next one a double..hic:oops:

They're noise cancelling and they're better than the economy ones, but they're still not the best. If you happen to have flown on MAS business and got their noise cancelling earphones, they're exactly the same as that.
