This might not be the right thread but its pretty recent activity... I'm having trouble even getting to the entering of the APIS. When I go to manage my booking it doesn't have a button in the passenger section to 'enter APIS'. Im traveling from USA to Canada but I have an Australian Passport and an American F-1 Visa. My flight got cancelled before because of this and I still can't seem to add the information. I've tried QANTAS help line but I never get through since I'm calling from the USA. Any help is appreciated!!! Thank you!

Is it a WestJet flight? Perhaps you can enter the info via their site or contact them? similar if AA....

yeah that was my next thought... ensure your P/P is swiped (which it will be) and ensure that checks out.

I just deleted my earlier post as it was probably irrelevant.

So, within MMB, this is not showing at all, or is some of it greyed-out:

If it's not showing (and as you are already in the USA) maybe it is not required (e.g., it was already provided prior to entry to the USA and this flight is part of your original itinerary/ticketing). I would be checking with whoever is your carrier for the USA-CAN flight if you have concerns.

And, welcome to AFF.

Edit: So, you are all good with the Canadian eTA required for entry to Canada?
