Help finding points costs for rooms

Hi all

I have just discovered that it is possible to transfer Qantas points to Accor's ALL program. At face value it appears that this could result in some good points redemptions for hotel rooms.

However I have run into a problem. My Accor ALL acount currently has no points in it. Before transferring any Qantas points I'd like to see what the redemption costs would be for the hotel I have selected. I realise that some hotels do not allow points redemptions but some do and on the app those hotels have a special ALLpoints symbol.

The difficult is that when I click through to see the room rate it is shown only in $ - there is no button or anything to see what the room woThis uld cost me in points. may be due to my balance but as I said I do not wish to transfer any points until I see what the room cost will be.

Can anyone help me with finding to the points cost for these rooms? Is there a standard conversion rate maybe eg 2000 points = $US50?

Thanks Peter

Accor does not have dynamic pricing like Hyatt or other hotel programs. They have a standard rate of 1000 reward points=20 euros. Definitely would not recommend transferring your Qantas points for that purpose.

Thats's actually not bad.

An example. I am traveling to Japan in May. I found a 2 night stay at Ibis Styles Kyoto Shijo for 117 euros total. So that translates to 6,000 rewards points which can be funded by 6,000 qantas points. A 2 night stay in a quality hotel for 6000 qantas points? Surely thats a bargain?

That aside, where on the site can one enter the points redemption?

Yeah that does not sound too bad, but not incredible value like getting a 3 grand/night room in Maldives for 40% off.

On the payment page, there is an option to use reward point as part of your payment.

On the app, I pressed see rates and i get the various room rate options. I can press book for one of the options but I don't wish to book until I have selected points and there is no option to do so on the page I am on. Are you saying that the option to select points is on the next page and pressing book does not make the final booking?

Hey, yes it is on the final booking page. I have attached a picture for reference.
