Just needing some advice on communication with the AFF concierge. I heard back from the concierge after my initial request within 24 hours. I replied immediately 3 days ago and sent another reminder yesterday but have yet to hear anything. Is this normal? Is there a way I can telephone them to expedite the situation? Thanks.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Did you get a response?

That's pretty poor, esp given the fees they now charge...I personally have never used them. If you need help to book something, why don't you post here on AFF and I'm sure you will be given advice and tips on how to find what you want.

Hi @opus,

Thank you @Captain Halliday for tagging me. I have spoken to the Concierge team and they assured me that they have reached out to you not short after. In general, they aim to assess your request and get back to you in 1-2 business days, but sometimes they can take a bit longer when request volumes are high during peak periods.

I'll ask the team to set up an official Concierge Thread where feedback can be provided, new features shared, positive stories posted & issues handled quickly.

So negative stories (like this thread) not allowed?

All stories are welcome - good news stories are great, but it's posts like @opus that are the ones that will make the service better for everyone in the long run.

We have created an Feedback thread where everyone will be able to find the content much faster and can share their experiences and suggestions.
