QF 3 from Sydney to Honolulu has very light loads in business class tomorrow (6th) so if you have requested your upgrade on the way over you have a good chance of getting it.

The availability at the moment is:

This means there are 9 or more economy seats available but they are only selling in the more expensive fare buckets and there are 7 business seats available for sale.
