Here are the prices for the One World Visit South America Airpass

LATAM pass (only available through LAN reps) is a whole different animal to the OWVSAA (one world visit South America airpass)
The OWVSAA can't be purchased through a travel agent. Only directly from a one world airline, in your case, Qantas.

I just asked my TA and the reply was that they can access OWVSAAs (distinguished from the LATAM version).

Well,THAT'S interesting!

The relevant page (under "How to book") on the one world site says:

"You can book your Visit South America pass directly with a oneworld member airline. Please click on the links below..."

i guess the the operative word is can instead of must.
