I called them, but the lady could not even find the offer. I suggested to her that I email her the web page, but she replied that she has no way of viewing a link! :shock: No way to view a link to their own site?? Something tells me that was just a furphy!

Zero chance for us frequent guests to be rewarded. I achieved Diamond on all counts of stays/nights/spend and no offers whatsoever whilst upgrade opportunities dwindle with all the status matching that HH has been doing. Pretty sad really.
