Hi Bail Ha'i, heading to the Hyatt for a "rinse and repeat" holiday.

Last time in Bali a couple of years ago I gave the lounge a miss. The time before all I found was dodgy food, warm beer and smokers everywhere. Hopefully it was a little better for you.

Hopefully it was a little better for you.
It was @Blinky but still didn't have a drink or eat anything apart from one teensy sanga.
The trick is to find your way downstairs (no separate entrance, only via upstairs level 4 but exits to gate level )
The Concourse and associated eateries were crazy busy!
Enjoy your family time 🎉

Don't you just get frustrated when you lose your typed notes 🤔 - here goes a summary.

We are home now but our journey last Thursday evening was pleasant. QF44 left 15 minutes late (as explained by the Captain to avoid doing a go-around if landed prior to 6am)
We landed 6.02 am.

Boarding was a bit disorganised as some folk seem to misunderstand "Business Class Passengers Only" boarding call.
A universal issue it seems!

Flight was full and I remained in 5E and Mr Flyfrequently in 7A.
CSM Chris* was excellent and kept checking on me to see if I needed anything.

PDB promptly offered, orders for dinner taken, with queues for the lavs to change into PJ's prior to pushback.

Uneventful flight, watched "White Lotus" again and managed an hour's kip.

Quick 5 hour flight to SYD, so didn't bother with breakfast.

One good thing about 7A, CSM escorted me to Mr Flyfrequently and had us first off the plane.
Formalities and baggage (🎸) done with relative ease and in a timely manner, onto the bus and over to the Lounge all within the hour and not feeling rushed.
This gave us another hour in the Lounge to charge our phones and recharge ourselves with coffee.

Glad we left the Lounge before the boarding call, as the waiting area for our domestic flight was chaos.
As noted by the staff, many were from international connecting flights and understandably tired and keen to board.

To the Gate Agent's credit after her announcements, she patiently ushered them back to their seats and encouraged gate checking of hand luggage, then proceeded to service the Priority line.

Good quick uneventful flight, brekky was ok (Lois Lane helped) and Cabin crew were very attentive, often hard to achieve in 50 minutes.
Overall, a very relaxing "rinse and repeat" holiday.
And I've only just noticed a typo in my TR title - was supposed to read Hi Bali Ha'i 🤭

*CSM Chris did look at the manifest but apologised that unable to move us closer as " everyone else is travelling together ".
