Hi Everyone,

I have been lurking for a couple of months, learning the ins/outs of various frequent flyer programs. Long time lazy points earner - mostly via credit card. Pedestrian numbers for 2016/2017 financial year. We flew Business Per-Mco return on QF points with EK late last year. We like to travel frequently so I've decided that it's time that I treat earning points as a job, rather than just something that turns over in the background.

I'm a big fan of spreadsheets for tracking (especially with multiple CC's on the go!). They're nothing special but I'm more than happy to share the template with anyone who is interested.

I really appreciate all the great tips/advice that I have found on the forum so far and I'm hoping that I can bring something valuable to the forum as my knowledge and understanding of the system grows.

Thx again for the welcome everyone. Planning a trip to US next Nov so in the process of trying to get enough points together. So far I have enough for 2 Pax J QF points on EK. If we have enough points we'll do 3rd Pax too - if I can find 3 J seats! Otherwise we'll pay for 1. Our previous experience is that DXB-MCO is the hard leg to find 3 J's in. The rest of the sectors should be ok. If anyone has any suggestions for finding 3 seats on that leg please let me know! Thanks!
