Hi Richie and welcome to the addictive AFF site!

I think the only one is Amex that I am aware of, haven't seen and Visa/MC out for them. Not to say there isn't!

Hi richie - welcome to AFF - yes indeed, this website should carry a health warning:

DANGER: Use of this wbesite can be highly addictive. Consult your psychologist for an assessment - if you can get them away from their AFF login!

Hi Ritchie,

Welcome to AFF.

From the lack of responses I would say that Amex (as per nlagalle's post) is the only one unfortunately.

Citibank offer Citi Rewards and Citi Take flight. A quick check with Citi Flight showed 110000 points + tab for a Syd-Bangkok return Econ flight needed. Compare that to Qantas which shows 60,000 points + tax.

I have had no experience with Citi Flight, but based on that info, do not intend using it.

definitly be careful with any qantas points. if u lose them even if you have a million good excuses and reasons they wont help you no matter what, as per their policies qouted by several senior customer relation managers

some of the banks used to have altitude points that dont expire that when your ready you can change to qantas points for example. anz used to do it they may still do. dont rack up qantas ponts on their own or if you do be careful. any slip up in magaing the points and they wont help you no matter what

No they don't, they are direct sweep. but if you use your card every month, you have monthly activity and your points never expire.
