Hilton for Business

I just got this email and it’s confusing.

The subject heading says:

Join Hilton for Business and earn Double Nights on stays.

and the body of the email:



The last line of the first box says “You’re already enrolled”, so why not say that in the subject heading??

Regardless, this’ll be a great way for me to make it back to Diamond.

Looks interesting, I haven't received such email but have tried registering online with Hilton for Business anyhow.
