Same here. My experience is that the points will not post, so the sooner you get on to it, the sooner they will be in your account!

Just called HH customer service and a case has been opened. She said an email would go to member services to review. She didn't ask for a copy of my receipt and it couldn't be viewed online either, so not sure if member services can really see what's happening. Hope it works out!
