Hi everyone,
I just tried to do a Hilton points transfer to my brother.
Received a confirmation number but no confirmation email.
Points are still in my account.
Person on chat said to wait for 48 hours. If no transfer by then, email Hilton Honors.
I did not have such a problem last year.
Both accounts are more than a year old too.
Has anyone encountered similar problems when doing a points transfer lately?
