Hilton SW (MEL) will be rebranded to Pan Pacific from May 31 [now July 27]

Half the trouble is that H Honors credits based on status one second before Midnight USA CST on the day of check-out.

e.g. I checked into the Adelaide Hilton on April first as a Diamond, receiving breakfast and lounge access. That stay however posted as a Silver.

The South Wharf was no longer a Hilton property when you checked out. Hence my July 11th foreboding post.

I'm sure it will be fixed but may take some doing.

I have emailed the PP Melbourne and if I receive no satisfaction I will email the PP GM direct.

Before my stay I sent an enquiry to HSW and received this email confirmation:

It was no longer a Hilton property at that time.

Okay I'm , as I hadn't heard that news and it still shows on the Hilton Locations map (and HSW is gone)

You have misunderstood - I was referring to the ex HSW and the time of fifa's checkout - I have clarified my post.

I have emailed the PP-SW GM and he is not able to help as he no longer has any IT connection to HH. He has said he is willing to confirm with HH that he had a drink with us that night, so we were definitely there!

anyone having any joy with the PGR/Discovery branded loyalty program at PPM?

reason for my question was on last stay no one had any idea/had never seen the PGR/Discovery program cards. them seem to be all over the GHA branded discovery program so far, recognizing my platinum status.

with the low qualification requirement of PGR/discovery (10 stays for black) and some of the low cost hotels in this family, this could be the easiest way to chase an elite status going around.

No status match - asked, was told I'd get the benefits for any pre-change bookings but no mention of match.

Had to prompt for old Diamond benefits at check in (and got them - lounge, breakfast, upgrade).

And with Hilton points I don't even know where is best to contact. Any suggestions?

I don't think you'll get any Hilton points for stays since the changover. Bennies - Yes, Hilton points & Stays credits - no.

I now have the correct number of Hilton stays for the year.

As mentioned previously all HSW stays have vanished but a few showed when I clicked on 'All Points Activity'.
