Holiday Inn / Crowne Plaza to join Velocity

Well finally 3 months after my hotel stay and almost 2 months after contacting Velocity and sending int he necessary documents, the points have finally been credited.

But, I have noticed that in the past few weeks when logging on at velocity.com.au that it continuously comes up with an error message when attempting to check activity history.
I probably am being way to suspcious but it makes me wonder that with so many points dicrepancies are they subtly trying to stop people from chasing missing points..
I would have thought any technical glitch with checking activity history online wouldnt take 3 weeks or so to fix.

When I checked out of The Holiday Inn in Adelaide this morning, on my receipt it had my velocity Number on it. Hopefully I won't have any trouble with the points being credited.

Rang Velocity last week regarding a stay at Potts Point back in May.
The lady on the line said that they were currently crediting points and
all should be completed by end of September. Checked my account today
and they have finally been credited. Have switched my Priority Club preferences back to Qantas.
