Currently in the QF business lounge in HK at the moment and it is excellent. A great selection of food and it is very tasty most impressed. All the staff so far have been lovely and friendly. Haven't felt the need to try anywhere else currently waiting for a flight to Sydney.

Yes you can.

Also, not OW, but you if you want to add another lounge onto the crawl, EK would let you in if you are flying QF
I did a crawl last February and it was a very enjoyable day!

From my understanding, you can access QF HK lounge even in Y as long as long as you have a QF lounge pass or status.
It is a pretty good lounge for QF. The bar has some good drinks, 2 plates of the day and extremely friendly staff. We visited the lounge at the end of our lounge hopping and I saw staff even getting pillows for passengers who were already tired, quite proactive and attentive.
