It seems that hotel credit cards (HH for example) are not common here like they are in the USA. Do you think it's worth signing up to a foreign one, or stick to QFF and VA cards here? Any snags that I might be unaware of?

Thanks, although I already have the QFF Amex.

Perhaps I should consider that for the future. Sounds like a good plan.

Can one switch over from QFF Amex to Amex Hilton? Or cancel one card, wait out the limbo period, then apply from the Amex Hilton?

There's a Hyatt card that comes with 65k points and a $95 annual fee. Thoughts?

My fiance loved our overnight stay at the Canberra Hyatt recently. Is that really valued at 9000 Hyatt points per night?
