Dec 11 - 14, not having much luck finding a triple room for a decent price. Singapore doesn't seem very big on rooms with 2x double beds, or 1x King/Queen/Double + 1 single.

The Holiday Inn Atrium says yes, on rooms with 1x King for example, and +$65 SG to add another person, but doesn't say how the person would stay? I'm assuming a rollaway bed or something similar?

Any ideas?

The room description says Rollaway available, so I would guess that's how they do it:

LOCATED ON HIGHER FLOORS OVERSEEING THE CITYSCAPE HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET AT CHARGE IN ROOM SAFE IRON AND IRONING BOARD IN ROOM CABLE TV MINIBAR TEA AND COFFEE FACILITIES IDD PHONES VOICEMAIL ROLLAWAY AVAILABLE AT A CHARGE

Must have missed that when I looked at it.. I hate reading things written in all caps with no grammar, very easy to misread.

I have e-mailed the hotel, so just waiting to hear back.

Was just about to say parkview... stayed in those rooms many times, reasonable size too...
Current renovations in progress, so may even be able to get a new room... have not seen the new rooms yet, tell you what they are like next week. (the new rooms that is, already know the current ones well)

If you want to PM me the dates and price i can also check my rates for the same time.

Thanks Evan.

The one thing the Atrium does have over the Parkview is that it's 2km closer to Clarke Quay and closer to Orchard Rd too I think?

It does seem to be a smaller room though, and I'd be on the rollaway bed, rather than a double bed at the Parkview.

Nah, Atrium is not closer to Orchard, Parkview is 100m from Orchard.... but your right its closer to clarke quay, still not really really close like Novotel.

Sent you a pm with the prices i get.

I have stayed at both a lot and for me i would choose the parkview any day of the week ! an older hotel (but renovating now) its much nicer rooms.

Yep, got that; thanks. Agree also re: the rooms.

And, have just noticed that the price I got *did not* include taxes.

Total price for 3 people, with breakfast comes out to 1167 SGD = 885 AUD. so 295/night, not the 250/night I originally thought.
