Hotel point changes
From 1 September 2004, the following changes will apply to points earned outside Australia:

InterContinental Hotels and Resorts - 1,000 points per stay (previously 1,500 points per stay)
Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts and Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts - 600 points per stay
(previously 500 points per night)
Express by Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites - 600 points per stay
In addition, from 1 October 2004, you will not be able to earn points at Oakford properties in Australia.

However, some Oakford properties have undergone significant refurbishments and are now Somerset Serviced Residences. You can continue to earn points at the eight Somerset properties in Australia.
