Hotel Promotion through Cudo Getaways - Would my flight itinerary be suitable?

There is currently a Singapore hotel 3, 5, 7 night promotion:

Park Hotel Clarke Quay

My issues:

- Flight lands at 11.50pm (night 1)
- Night 2
- Night 3
- Checkout at 3pm: Flight check in is a few hours before (say 10pm) our 1.20am departure the next day

2 full days, as well as a Late night (after 12am) check in. Would there be any issues with an after midnight arrival? I would no doubt comment about our flight arrival time.

An option I was working out was to:

Check in to the hotel after midnight, staying 3 nights. On the day of checkout (3pm late checkout allowed), we have maby 7 hours (Flying CX, but using 3 hour QF baggage drop rule) for luggage check in for our next destination.

Prices are either $233 per night ($699: Basic package), or $266.33 per night ($799: Floor / Room upgrade)

Just let them know of the late arrival so they don't give away your room.

There shouldn't be any issues with checking in after midnight. I have done that many times and never had an issue.

As the others have said. The room is yours until check-out time the following morning. After that time you are considered a no-show
