Hi All,

Have just been looking for a room in Sydney in March for 5 or 6 days and can not believe the prices, wow. Has Sydney just become super expensive. Please help, must be 5 star and no more than 20 minutes walk to the rocks and ferry.

Try looking up the Amora on Jamison on webjet. It's supposedly five star, even though the rooms are a bit tired, and I found a rate of $234 for new years eve when their own website was quoting $600+. It's almost at the rocks so walking down should be pretty easy, infact I walked around to the Opera House for a Coffee yesterday before heading out to the airport.

big events on in march usually in sydney.

Biggest issue is usually mardi gras.

Jamieson.ok but very tired

Have you looked at something like priority privilege, 4 days where you are only paying for two would recoup the cost!
