Hi Spruce,

Well the trip was great. Good 4 weeks in Europe, 3 days in New York and 2 in Singapore on the way back. Weather absolutely gorgeous.
IC Times Square slightly disappointing cause some of the higher floors where not fully finished so I only could get a sky view room in the 25th floor. The room was pretty comfortable with all the amenities you expect in a 5***** hotel. As I was using my Bogo for the weekend I only should have paid for one night but the manager generously said she would take care of the account!!! :mrgreen:
So all in all I did not end up on the 31st or 32nd floor but at least it was the cheapest IC stay so far!!! Also the privileges as Ambassador Gold were perfectly recognized, bottled water,chocolates, fresh fruits, news paper every day and the buffet breakfast was complimentary as well!!! The staff was very polite and courteous. The position of the hotel is very central (Times Square) and I was able to get every where pretty quick. All in all very enjoyable experience. Well New York is one kind of crazy place but sure a visit worth while.
IC Hamburg was a fantastic place to stay, did get nice upgrade to the 7th floor, huge room (could've been a suite??) with beautiful view to the Aussen Alster. They are in the process of renovating the whole place but during my stay they only attended the gardens.
IC Singapore was fantastic as usual!!!!!

Thanks SQ1. Agree you need to be up high for a good view. We faced. Hells kitchen which was quite stunning at night.

The hotel worked well during our stay in sep.

They respect status more there.

Agree with IC singapore, totally professional. What benefits do you get there. I got club access last time an the older style rooms. Classy.

Hi Sprucegoose,
I did book a club as usual and got one slightly bigger King Club.
Also received a beautiful fruit platter, chocolate and water every day.
Singapore is always nice!!! Did check out the new Marina Bay Sands!!! Beautiful view over Singapore and what a pool!! :mrgreen:
