"I don't think it's appropriate to be naming individual hotel staff by name."

Sorry I don't get this point. I am not hurling abuse etc. If you book at this hotel, she is the reservation coordinator and they will contact you. I see heaps of people praising staff by first name and their locations (e.g. bar or pool) on tripadvisor and other forums!

Actually, the general method on FT where I have a greater presence OPS remove the name of the staff member. Regardless, the reservation coordinator was correct. Paying the hotel $200 will guarantee your upgrade in advance while the NOR1 upgrade is confirmed at check in. As an elite with *wood, Hilton and Hyatt I can tell you that NOR1 upgrades can be denied for a number of factors, and not just availability.

I am trying to convince my step sister and husband to visit. I intend to book a mix of reward and nights i.e. 2 rooms under my name. At every other H Hotel when I have booked 2 rooms we have received the HH benefits on both. Could you please confirm what the above will be on the second room for the guests? Thank you in advance.
Yes, that's correct. As long as you are on the island with them and have booked the villa then both villas get two complimentary breakfasts each, every day.
