How do Hilton treat you as an Elite?

I've got the feeling I'm going to feel very foolish for asking this, but what's a "standard monkey and you turtle"? I'm envisaging a woollen turtle-neck jumper with a monkey on the front, but not really suitable Bali attire? Please help!

That rubber ducky does not come from a hotel property. It comes from an airline lounge.

That would be the famous gifted monkey or turtle by Conrad.

Yep have a couple from there at Easter this year.

I also have anat0l's rubbed(!!)!) duckie's sibling from Singapore Conrad ... and a bear (named Conrad!!!).

A big slip in service though. I was told at Checkin that the Soy milk I requested was in the room. It was not. I rang and asked for the Soy milk and some bottles of water and they never arrived. Matthew from the Exec Lounge sorted it all out without issue.

Just adding- this Conrad has become my favourite hotel now. Agung, one of the managers has gone out of his way for us. He showed us to our room personally, came and had a chat with us at breakfast and has gone to ensure our transfers are booked.

Breakfast buffet in the lounge restaurant is a selection of buffet and à la carte and the service is great. I just really love this place right now...

Agreed. Both the hard & soft product at the Conrad Bali are superb & consistent.
The memories instilled from my last visit earlier this year would be the delightful suite room & the lovely offerings in the lounge whilst enjoying the serenity on the day beds..

That is not a good look after their recent efforts to pick things up again.

i have my Conrad Bear packed ready to take on adventure. Another fabulous stay here. Can't fault them again, the exec lounge is packed for afternoon tea ATM, the smoked salmon and scones with jam and cream are going down a treat. Hotel is fully booked so they apologized profusely they couldn't give us late checkout after 2 pm but we have exec lounge access until 10pm, the pool has a shower area and I shall go for a wander soon to do some shopping so lots to do to fill in time until our 1am SIA flight to Rome.
