I am very confused. I have followed the prompts from my initial google of 'Altitude Gold' and after re registering as my previous email addresss had changed I am now here in this post wondering wha to do next PLEASE HELP.

a) Call the rewards centre

or

b)For Australian Dometic Flights,

1. log onto Westpac Altitude Rewards™
2. click on Redeem Points tab
3. click on Travel and Accommodation
4. follow the instructions from Book domestic flights ONLINE – using your Reward Points
